I USED to be the Queen of Procrastination so I decided that this year would be the year I finally change that and go after the things I want to accomplish.

If anyone knows about The Good Vibes Good Life and the 101 Essays To Change The Way You Think books know that they definitely will do you goos .. exactly as the books say .. it completely changed me and then all of the sudden I see this book full of challenges.. challenges that included rebuilding myself, getting into the habit of doing things without failing!

It was exactly what I needed .

The book is brilliant !! Very well put together.

The challenges are put in different categories. You get stickers for each challenge you’re currently doing and also there’s empty pages that allows you to create your own challenges. Isn’t this great ?

It includes basically every aspects of my life that I wanted to work on .

The same day I got it I started ticking the challenges I would start with . Don’t think twice . Just get yourself one !!

When I say I couldn’t wait to receive my Dare To Grow book, excitement is an understatement. As a person who can sometimes be a serial procrastinator, I was looking for a book to kick-start me into action and help me elevate my life goals. This book doesn't miss a trick when it comes to challenges; you'll never get bored and will have plenty to engage with. What I absolutely love about the book is that each challenge is detailed, making it easy to track progress, and challenges are meticulously broken down into sections ranging from physical health, mindfulness, and personal growth to relationships, digital detox, and much more. I have set myself a challenge from the Learning and Skills Development section and will be putting myself to the test over the next month by reading a book I've had sitting on my side for months but need to get stuck into. This is such a unique and well-thought-out product that I cannot wait to see how many new skills I learn and how I develop over time.

Easily the best self help tool I've bought in the last 2 years. After reading so many books which has helped with knowledge, this one actually made me get off my backside and start doing something! As a busy single mum this has given me the motivation to stay consistent, which I struggled with before. I've started 2 challenges in the last 2 weeks and planning on more! I’m not even a journal type of person although I’ve heard of the advantages. But this journal hits different! I use it alongside my 100 challenge book and it’s a match made in heaven. It makes self accountability and awareness feel like a norm and not a chore. I look forward to getting to the book everyday and filling it in. It’s almost like a journey I don’t want to end! Wow

I don’t even give reviews online but Wow! This book has brought me here. Opening the package itself was an experience and I don’t know how but it felt so personal. Everything from the personalised letter, to the pen and the bookmark felt like it was speaking to me and confirmed why I had a feeling I should buy this book.

There’s New Year’s resolutions and trying to improve, but then there’s this book. It don’t feel like a forced challenge or a “new me” type of thing. It just met me where I’m at and I can choose from so many different topics of what I feel is necessary for my lifestyle right now. 3 days into my challenge and I feel like I have a mentor that’s not breathing down my neck but is on my side just motivating me to to better. This is it!! I’m so excited to get going. The book has a variety a challenges not just ones like exercising, dieting or saving but so much more that you wouldn’t usually think of such as practicing forgiveness or learning a new language. It has so many challenges that I would take on and explains the benefits of each activity which also helps. This book is going to make my life so much easier with the way everything is designed. This journal is so unique and purposeful. The whole idea is for you to learn yourself, love yourself and become who were you’re destined to be in life and the message is so strong throughout the journal. I have learned so much about myself and although some of the questions are really deep it helps me look in the mirror and face the things I’ve been running from I guess. I really benefitted from the Childhood/ upbringing section because I never really addressed those traumas. I would recommend this journal to everyone! Have told all my friends about it

What can I say but thank you, there are many books that you need in life but this is more than a book it is a journey. We all need to go on this journey to become the best version of ourselves. There are keys on every page, whether it’s looking at yourself from your past or looking at yourself in the future this journal is the tool that you need to move forward and love yourself for the person you are going to be.

Wow I didn’t know how much I needed this journal until I started using it. Recommended by a friend that started being more proactive, I bought one for myself. For me there was a lot of questions about my childhood that made me realise I haven’t fully healed and my traumas have been preventing me from living the life I want. You can tell this journal was thoroughly thought out and designed with the intent to really help people and transform lives and I feel so much better about where I’m going in life now.

I saw this journal on Instagram and liked the idea of getting serious about life and finding my purpose. This journal is seriously deep! I’m impressed with all of the areas it covers and I’m so in love with the character awareness questions and finding your purpose section. It really makes you think about what you’re currently doing and how you can change for the better. Definitely the best purchase I’ve bought in a while, would recommend to anyone who wants to become more self aware and progress in life.
