Worth every penny !

I USED to be the Queen of Procrastination so I decided that this year would be the year I finally change that and go after the things I want to accomplish.

If anyone knows about The Good Vibes Good Life and the 101 Essays To Change The Way You Think books know that they definitely will do you goos .. exactly as the books say .. it completely changed me and then all of the sudden I see this book full of challenges.. challenges that included rebuilding myself, getting into the habit of doing things without failing!

It was exactly what I needed .

The book is brilliant !! Very well put together.

The challenges are put in different categories. You get stickers for each challenge you’re currently doing and also there’s empty pages that allows you to create your own challenges. Isn’t this great ?

It includes basically every aspects of my life that I wanted to work on .

The same day I got it I started ticking the challenges I would start with . Don’t think twice . Just get yourself one !!

The Book I Needed to Kick me Into Gear

When I say I couldn’t wait to receive my Dare To Grow book, excitement is an understatement. As a person who can sometimes be a serial procrastinator, I was looking for a book to kick-start me into action and help me elevate my life goals. This book doesn't miss a trick when it comes to challenges; you'll never get bored and will have plenty to engage with. What I absolutely love about the book is that each challenge is detailed, making it easy to track progress, and challenges are meticulously broken down into sections ranging from physical health, mindfulness, and personal growth to relationships, digital detox, and much more. I have set myself a challenge from the Learning and Skills Development section and will be putting myself to the test over the next month by reading a book I've had sitting on my side for months but need to get stuck into. Easily the best self help tool I've bought in the last 2 years. After reading so many books which has helped with knowledge, this one actually made me get off my backside and start doing something! I don’t even give reviews online but Wow! This book has brought me here. Opening the package itself was an experience and I don’t know how but it felt so personal. Everything from the personalised letter, to the pen and the bookmark felt like it was speaking to me and confirmed why I had a feeling I should buy this book.

There’s New Year’s resolutions and trying to improve, but then there’s this book. It don’t feel like a forced challenge or a “new me” type of thing. It just met me where I’m at and I can choose from so many different topics of what I feel is necessary for my lifestyle right now. 3 days into my challenge and I feel like I have a mentor that’s not breathing down my neck but is on my side just motivating me to to better.
